This brinjal fry has a texture and taste of king fish fry so I am sure that those who don’t like to eat brinjal will also like this brinjal fry.

Brinjal Fry Ingredients
Brinjal-1
Redchilli Powder-2 tbs
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder-1/4 tsp
Fennel Powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Lemon Juice-1/2 of a Lemon
Salt to taste
How To Make Brinjal Fry
- Firstly, slice brinjal in round thick pieces and keep it aside.
- Then take a bowl and add turmeric powder, redchilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, cumin powder, fennel powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt to taste in it. Add water as required and make a paste.
- Coat the brinjal slices evenly with this paste.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Finally, fry the marinated brinjal slices until both sides turns golden and crisp.
- Brinjal fry is now ready to serve.
