Raw Banana/Raw Plantain-1
Fennel Seeds-1 tsp
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp
Pepper-1/4 tsp
Garlic Cloves-6
Curry Leaves
Method Of Preparation
- Peel the skin of banana & Slice it.
- In a mixer add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, pepper, garlic cloves and curry leaves.
- Grind it to a coarse powder and keep it aside.
- Deep fry the banana pieces until it turns light brown in color & Keep it aside.
- Heat 2tbs oil in a pan.
- Add the grounded powder in it.
- Sauté it for few seconds
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and redchilli powder in it.
- Sauté it until raw smell of powders goes off.
- Add the fried banana pieces in it.
- Add salt to taste in it and mix it well.
- Cook it in low flame for 5 minutes.
- Add curry leaves in it and mix it well.
