Kaddu Ki Sabzi Recipe | Pumpkin Sabzi Recipe | Sweet Sour Pumpkin Recipe For Fasting with Video Recipe. Here comes another recipe with pumpkin that u can make for fasting. This is a mild spiced sweet and sour pumpkin curry. This curry will taste delicious and you can make this curry very easily with just few ingredients. This curry will be a best choice for the people who are taking fasting, because this is a no onion no garlic sabzi and in this recipe I didn’t add the ingredients that we should avoid while taking fasting. This curry has sweet and sour taste. Pumpkin it self has a sweet taste, and the sugar that we are adding in this curry will give a sweet taste for this curry. Sour taste comes from the dry mango powder/amchur powder that we are adding in this curry. This curry will go well with rotis, pooris, pulkas, chapathis and rice. Try this recipe and let me know how it turned out for you.
