Ingredients
Potatoes-3 (Chopped)
Oil-2 tbs
Urad Dal-1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves
Garlic Cloves-4 (Chopped)
Asafoetida Powder-1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Redchilli Powder-2 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder-1 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method Of Preparation
- Chop Potatoes into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add urad dal, mustard seeds and cumin seeds in it.
- Let it splutter.
- Add curry leaves and garlic cloves in it.
- Saute it until garlic cloves turns golden brown in color.
- Add asafoetida powder in it.
- Mix it.
- Add chopped potatoes in it.
- Saute it until potatoes are half cooked.
- Add salt to taste in it.
- Add turmeric powder, redchilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder in it.
- Mix it well.
- Fry it on medium flame until potatoes are cooked well.
- Garnish it with curry leaves
