In Kerala normal lunch menu is not complete without thoran..Every day for lunch we will prepare any type of thoran or mezhukkupuratti (Stir fries of vegetables) as a side dish for rice. Today I am posting here a different variety of thoran/stirfry of Papaya. Hope you all know the health benefits of Papaya. So including Papaya in your menu is good for your health. Here I used the grated raw papaya for preparing this thoran. It tastes like normal cabbage thoran. It is a best option to serve this grated papaya thoran which is similar to cabbage thoran , for those who hate to eat papaya , because they wont realize the difference. It is very easy to prepare.Just follow my recipe. Try it and let me know how it turned out for you
