Potato Wedges Recipe | No Fry Potato Wedges Recipe | Oven Baked Potato Wedges Recipe with Video Recipe. Potato Wedges are potato based snack, which are very easy to prepare. These are crispy, spicy and delicious snack made with wedges of potatoes and spices. Today I am sharing here with you the recipe of a no fry potato wedges with no oil in it. It’s a healthy snack recipe as we are no using oil for frying it. We just baked it in oven. Try this baked potato wedges recipe if you have oven in your house.

Ingredients

Potatoes-4

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp

Redchilli Powder-1 tsp

Pepper Powder-1/4 tsp

Garam Masala-1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Coriander Leaves-2 tbs (chopped)

Oil-2 tbs

Wheat flour-1 tbs

How To Make Oven Baked Potato Wedges
  • Firstly, Peel the skin of potatoes.
  • Then Cut each potato lengthwise into 2 parts.

  • Further, Cut each part to 4 to 5 wedges.
  • Take water in a pan add 1 tsp salt in it.

  • Mix it well and let it boil.
  • Then add the potato wedges in boiling water and cook it for 3 minutes, or until it’s half cooked.
  • Further, drain the water and allow it to cool down completely.
  • Once it’s cooled down completely, transfer the potato wedges into a bowl then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, salt to taste, coriander leaves, oil and wheat flour into it.
  • Finally, Mix everything Well, then add lemon juice in it and mix it well.
  • Arrange the potato wedges on a butter paper lined baking tray.

  • Preheat oven at 200 C for 10 minutes.

  • Then Place the baking tray in the preheated oven.
  • Finally Bake it at 200 C for 30 minutes or until it turns crisp and golden in color.
  • Potato wedges are now ready to serve
