Sardine Fish Fry in Oven Recipe with Video Recipe. Fish fries are the favorite fish recipe for many people, but for frying fish we need more oil, it’s not good for our health, This recipe is for such people who loves to eat fish fries without oil, here I made fish fry in oven. Without adding oil we will get the taste and crispiness of the fish fry in oil, in Oven also. Sardine is the fish that I used in this recipe. Most of the fish lovers will love sardines for their flavor. You can find sardines all around the world. We all know these small fishes are cheap, yet tasty and good for our health. They are the good source of vitamin D, omega-3 fatty acids, protein, calcium and phosphorus and support cardiovascular health. Try this fish fry without oil in oven and let me know your feedback.


Ingredients

Sardine fish-7 nos

Ginger garlic paste-2 tbs

Turmeric Powder-1/2 tbs

Redchilli Powder-2 tbs

Cumin Powder-1/2 tbs

Pepper Powder-1 tsp

Salt-1 tsp

Curd- 2tbs

Lemon Juice-1/2 of a lemon

Egg-1

Rice flour-2 tbs

How To Make Sardine Fish Fry in Oven
  • Clean the fish and make slits on the fish. 
  • In a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, redchilli powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, curd, lemon juice and egg.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Add rice flour in it. Mix it well.
  • Marinade is now ready.
  • Add the marinade to the fish.
  • Coat the fishes well with the marinade.
  • Refrigerate the marinated fish for 1 hour.
  • Line a baking tray with butter paper.
  • Arrange the marinated fishes in the lined baking tray.
  • Preheat oven at 200 C for 10 minutes.
  • Place the baking tray in the preheated oven.
  • Bake it at 200 C for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes check the fish. If the fish is grilled well, take it out, if not bake it for few more minutes.
  • Grilled Fish Fry is now ready to serve

Ingredients

  • Sardine fish-7 nos
