Ingredients
Chicken Leg Pieces-5
Garlic Cloves-3 (Chopped)
Ginger-1/2 inch (Chopped)
Tomato-1 (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder-1 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Cumin Powder-1 tsp
Curd-2 tbs
Salt to taste-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tbs
How To Make Grilled Chicken in Oven
- Take the chicken leg pieces. Make deep cuts on chicken leg pieces.
- Take a mixer, add garlic cloves, ginger, tomato, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, curd, salt to taste, garam masala and oil in it. Grind everything into a fine paste.
- Take the chicken leg pieces in a bowl. Add grounded paste in it. Mix it well. Coat the leg pieces well with the grounded paste.
- Set it aside at least for 1 hour.
- Cover the metal rack of the oven with butter paper and place the marinated chicken leg pieces on it.
- Preheat oven at 220 C for 10 minutes.
- Apply melted butter on top of the marinated chicken leg pieces.
- Place it in the preheated oven.
- Roast it at 220 C for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes take it out and turn it to other side.
- Apply melted butter on top.
- Again roast it at 220 C for 15 minutes.
- Chicken leg pieces are now ready to serve.
