Ingredients
Chicken Bones-250 gm
Cumin Seeds-1 tsp
Pepper-1 tsp
Oil-2 tbs
Small Onions-15 (Chopped)
Garlic Cloves-4 (Chopped)
Ginger-1/2 inch (Chopped)
Tomato-1 (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water-3 cup
Black Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves-2 tbs (finely chopped)
How To Make Chicken Soup
- In a pan add cumin seeds and pepper. Dry roast it until it turns aromatic.
- Allow it to cool down. Once cooled down, transfer it into a mixer. Grind it into a fine powder. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add small onions, garlic cloves and ginger in it.
- Saute it until it turns golden brown in color.
- Add tomato in it. Saute it until tomato is cooked well.
- Add chicken bones in it. Mix it.
- Add turmeric powder, grounded powder and salt to taste in it. Mix everything well.
- Add 3 cup water in it. Mix well.
- Close the lid of the pressure cooker.
- Pressure cook it for 7 whistles.
- Add black pepper powder and coriander leaves in it. Mix it.
- Cook it for 1 minute.
- Chicken soup is now ready to serve.
