Aloe Vera Juice Recipe


Aloe Vera has many health benefits. It is beneficial for detoxifying the body. Drinking aloe vera juice is good for getting relief from digestion problem. You can easily find aloe vera juice in market,but packed juice is not good for your health as aloe vera easily gets attacked by bacteria,if we left it for long time. If you want to get the quality and freshness of aloe vera juice then it is better to make at home. Just follow my recipe. Before coming to the recipe I would like to share with you this: Aloe vera has the ability to detoxify your body but aloe vera leaf has a toxic part which has to be removed properly,before you use the gel. Don’t use aloe vera leaf as a whole including the rind for making curries and stir fries, it is toxic and sometimes it may lead to diarrhea and stomach cramps. Don’t take more than 1 to 2 tsp of gel a day as it may result in unknown side effects. Let us learn how to make aloe vera juice

Preparation Time: 10 minute



Aloe Vera leaf-1
Water-1 cup
Lemon juice-2 tbs
Honey-1 tbs

Method Of Preparation

  • Wash Aloe Vera leaf and dry it with an absorbent cloth and let the rind dry completely
  • Carefully peel off  the rinds and the yellow layers from aloe vera leaf using a sharp knife(You should get clean aloe gel)
  • Put 2 tsp of clean aloe gel,lemon juice and honey in a blender and add some water and blend it well until you can see a juice being formed
  • Pour this healthy aloe vera juice into a glass and have it
