Cauliflower-250 gm
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 1/2 tsp
Redchilli Powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Tomato-1
Pepper Powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method Of Preparation
- Boil water in a pan. Add cauliflower in it.
- Add turmeric powder and salt to taste in it. Mix it well.
- Boil it for 2 minutes.
- Switch off the flame.
- Drain the water & Keep it aside.
- Heat 2tbs oil in a pan.
- Add ginger garlic paste, onion and little salt in it.
- Saute it until onion turns golden brown in color.
- Add turmeric powder, redchilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala in it.
- Saute it until raw smell of powders goes off.
- Add chopped tomato in it. Mix well.
- Add 3/4 cup water and salt as needed in it.
- Mix it well & let tomato cook well.
- Once tomato cooked well add cauliflower in it.
- Mix it well.
- Close it with a lid & cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add pepper powder, garam masala, curry leaves and sugar in it.
- Mix it well & cook it for 1 minute.
- Cauliflower masala is now ready.
