Cauliflower Masala Recipe | Cauliflower Pepper Fry | Gobi Pepper Fry with Video Recipe. Today I am sharing here with you the recipe of cauliflower that you can serve as a side dish with rice. It goes well with chapatti or any other Indian bread or pulao. In this recipe cauliflower is sautéd in spicy masala gravy. It is very easy to prepare as well as tastes delicious. You just need only the ingredients that are always available in your kitchen for making this cauliflower masala. Ingredients
 
Cauliflower-250 gm
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 1/2 tsp
Redchilli Powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Tomato-1
Pepper Powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
 
Method Of Preparation
 
  • Boil water in a pan. Add cauliflower in it.
  • Add turmeric powder and salt to taste in it. Mix it well.
  • Boil it for 2 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Drain the water & Keep it aside.
  • Heat 2tbs oil in a pan.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, onion and little salt in it.
  • Saute it until onion turns golden brown in color.
  • Add turmeric powder, redchilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala in it.
  • Saute it until raw smell of powders goes off.
  • Add chopped tomato in it. Mix well.
  • Add 3/4 cup water and salt as needed in it.
  • Mix it well & let tomato cook well.
  • Once tomato cooked well add cauliflower in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Close it with a lid & cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Add pepper powder, garam masala, curry leaves and sugar in it.
  • Mix it well & cook it for 1 minute.
  • Cauliflower masala is now ready.
