Unlike other chicken roast recipes that require more oil for roasting chicken this recipe requires just 2tbs oil. In this recipe chicken is cooked in coconut milk. While heating coconut milk oil will start to release from coconut milk, so no need to add any extra oil in this recipe for roasting chicken. This recipe is for health conscious people. Oil-2 tbs
Kashmiri Red chilli Powder-2 tbs
Coconut Milk-2 cup
Boneless Chicken Cubes-500 gm
Salt to taste

How To Make Coconut Milk Chicken Roast
- Firstly, Wash well the boneless chicken cubes and drain the water. Keep it aside.
- Secondly, Heat oil in a Pan.
- Add Kashmiri red chilli powder in it.
- Then sauté it until raw smell of powders goes off.
- Thirdly, add coconut milk in it.
- Then mix it well.
- Thirdly, Let it Boil. Once it started to boil add boneless chicken cubes in it.
- Add salt to taste in it and mix it well.
- Close it with a lid & Cook it for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, open the lid and cook until it becomes dry in low-medium flame.
- Finally garnish it with curry leaves.
- Coconut Milk Chicken Roast is now ready to serve.
