Chettinad cusine is famous for its use of variety of spices used in preparing non-vegetarian food. As I mentioned in my earlier posts, my husband will search for variety of chicken recipes for my blog and one day he came across this recipe and planned to prepare this recipe, when guests came in our house. He alone prepared this recipe as it is very easy to prepare and I was very busy with preparing some other dishes. It came out very nicely. It was tasty and all our guests liked it very much.
