Cheese Burst Pizza Without Yeast Recipe | Home Made Veg Pizza Recipe with Video Recipe. In this recipe pizza dough is made without yeast. Here I have used baking soda and baking powder instead of yeast. It has the same effect of yeast. This pizza also have the same texture and taste of the pizza made with yeast proofing. If you are using baking powder and baking soda instead of yeast, then it will reduce the resting time of the dough. The dough made with yeast proofing requires at least 2 hrs of resting time, but this dough made with baking soda and baking powder requires just 30 minutes resting time.
It is very easy to make. It is cheese burst pizza because the pizza crust is stuffed with cheese slices. The toppings of this pizza is similar to that of the normal pizza only, but you can use the veggies of your choice as the toppings. Here I have used all purpose flour but you can use wheat flour also as a healthy option. Try this recipe and let me know your feedback.

Yogurt/Curd-1/4 cup
Sugar-1 tsp
Baking Powder-1/2 tsp
Baking Soda-1/4 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Oil-2 tbs + 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour/ Maida -2 cup
Butter-2 tbs
Milk-1 cup

How To Make Cheese Burst Pizza without Yeast
Pizza Dough Preparation
- Firstly, In a large bowl add yogurt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and oil. Mix everything well.
- Then, add all purpose flour/maida in it.
- Add water little by little & knead it into a smooth soft non sticky dough.
- Tuck the dough.
- Grease the dough well with oil.
- Rest it for 30 minutes.
Making White Sauce
- In a pan heat and melt the butter.
- Add all purpose flour in it and stir it well.
- Once bubbles started to come out, add milk in it.
- Then add 1/2 of a onion, cloves and bay leaf in it and stir it well.
- Cook it until the mixture thickens.
- Once the mixture thickened, add salt in it and mix well.
- Take out onion, cloves and bay leaf from the mixture.
- Pizza white sauce is ready now.
Cheese Burst Pizza Preperation
- After 30 minutes check the dough. Dough will be soft now. Knead it again slightly. Now the dough is super soft
- Now, divide the dough into two equal halves.
- Then, dust all purpose flour/maida on the rolling board.
- Place one half of the dough over it and coat it with the flour.
- Roll it thinly like a chapatti dough.
- Roll the other half of the dough also like that.
- Grease a tray with oil.
- Place one half of the rolled dough over it.
- Spread white sauce over it.
- Then add cheese pieces over it.
- Place the other half of the rolled dough over it.
- Gently pinch and pleat the edges with your finger tips for sealing it.
- Spread pizza sauce over it.
- Add onion slices, capsicum slices, tomato slices, mushroom slices, paneer slices and mozzarella cheese over it and cut it into 4 parts.
- Finally, Sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs over it.
- Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes.
- Place the pizza tray inside the preheated oven.
- Put it in pizza mode at 200 degree for 20 minutes.
- Cheese Burst Pizza is now ready.
