Dhaba Style Egg Curry Ingredients

Egg-3

Tomatoes-2

Oil-2 tsp

Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp

Red chilli Powder-1 1/2 tsp

Coriander Powder-2 tsp

Cumin Powder-1 tsp

Salt-1/4 tsp

Onion-3 (Finely Chopped)

Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp

Green Chilies-2 (Chopped)

Garam Masala-1 tsp

How To Make Dhaba Style Egg Curry

  • Firstly, in a heavy bottomed pan take water. Add eggs in it and then add salt. Then Boil it for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, take out the eggs.
  • Further add tomatoes in a mixer and grind it to a puree and keep it aside.
  • Next heat oil in a pan, add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix it Well.
  • Make a couple of slits on the boiled eggs and add to the pan. Make sure that the eggs are coated well with the spice mix. Then roast it for 2 minutes.
  • Take out the eggs and keep it aside.
  • Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and green chilies in it. Saute it until onion turns golden brown in color.
  • Further add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder in it. Then sauté it until raw smell of powders goes off.
  • Then add tomato puree in it. Mix it well and cook it for 1 minute.
  • Add salt to taste in it and mix it.
  • Next add 1 cup water in it and mix it.
  • Then add boiled eggs and garam masala in it and mix it.
  • Add 1/2 cup water in it and mix it.
  • Close it with a lid & Cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Dhaba Style Egg Curry is now ready to Serve.
