Ingredients
Broccoli-200gm
Egg-2
Pepper Powder- As Required
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tbs
Ginger-1 tbs (Chopped)
Onion-2 (Chopped)
Tomatoes-2 (Chopped)
Redchilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Method Of Preparation
- Separate the florets of broccoli.
- Take water in a bowl. Add salt in it. Mix it well.
- Add Broccoli florets in it.
- Soak the broccoli florets in water for 5 minutes.
- Drain the water and keep it aside.
- Take 2 eggs in a bowl.
- Add pepper powder and salt to taste in it.
- Beat it well.
- Keep it aside.
- Heat 2tbs oil in a pan.
- Add ginger in it.
- Sauté it until it turns golden brown in color.
- .Add onion and salt to taste in it.
- Sauté it until it turns golden brown in color.
- Add chopped tomatoes in it.
- Sauté it until tomatoes are cooked well.
- Add red chili powder in it.
- Sauté it until raw smell of powder goes off.
- Add Broccoli florets in it.
- Add Pepper powder and salt to taste in it.
- Mix it Well.
- Add 4tbs water in it.
- Mix it well.
- Close it with a lid & cook it for 5 minutes or until broccoli florets are cooked well.
- Once broccoli florets are cooked well. Move that mix to the sides of the pan & Create space at the center.
- Pour Egg mixture in the center.
- Once the egg mixture is half cooked, mix everything well.
- Add lemon juice in it. Mix it well.
- Broccoli egg stir fry is now ready to serve
