Instant Cabbage Dosa Recipe | No Fermentation, No Rice, No Dal | Instant and Healthy Dosa Recipe with Video Recipe. Dosa is a popular South Indian dish made from a fermented batter of rice and urad dal. It is usually thin and crispy, and is often served with a variety of chutneys and sambar. It is a versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or as a snack. In addition to its delicious taste, dosa is also a good source of carbohydrates, protein, and fiber. Today I am sharing here with you a variety dosa recipe, that is cabbage dosa.

Cabbage dosa is a delicious and healthy South Indian breakfast dish. Traditionally, It is made using a batter of fermented rice and urad dal, mixed with finely chopped cabbage, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, and other spices, but this recipe doesn’t require soaking and fermentation of rice and uraddal. Just for making it an instant version I tried to make it with just rice flour.

It’s preparation is very simple you just need to grind rice flour along with some other ingredients that I mentioned in this recipe in a mixer and make a dosa batter like consistency batter. This dosa doesn’t require any side dish as I have added onion, cabbage, spices, jaggery and tamarind in this batter, so this dosa has a sweet and sour taste. This dosa is not only tasty but also packed with nutrients, as cabbage is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It is a great option for those who want to include more veggies in their diet or looking for a low-calorie, gluten-free breakfast option. Try this recipe and let me know your feedback.
