You can prepare this pancake in few minutes, with very less ingredients that are always available in your kitchen. - Grind Puffed rice into a coarse powder in a mixer
- Transfer the puffed rice powder into a bowl.
- Add besan flour, curd, finely chopped ginger, green chill, curry leaves, onion, tomato, redchilli powder, pepper powder and salt to taste in it.
- Add water as required and make a dosa batter like consistency batter.
- Heat a non stick pan.
- Pour a ladleful of batter on the pan. (Don’t spread it).
- Close it with a lid & Let it cook well.
- Once it’s cooked well, sprinkle ghee/oil on top.
- Flip it & Let the other side cook well.
- Once both sides cooked well, take out the pancake from the pan.
- Puffed Rice Pancake is now ready to serve
