Ingredients
Banana Stem/Vazhaithandu-1
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tbs
Redchilli Powder-1 tbs
Coriander Powder-1 tbs
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Salt to taste-1/2 tsp
Besan flour-1/2 cup
Rice flour-2 tbs
Oil for Deep frying
Method Of Preparation
- Cut Banana Stem into small pieces and remove fiber.
- Soak the banana stem in turmeric water.
- Drain the water.
- Add turmeric powder, redchilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt to taste, besan flour and rice flour in it.
- Mix everything well.
- Add water as required and mix well, so that the banana stem pieces stick to each other.
- Take a small portion of this mixture.
- Drop this mixture in hot oil.
- Deep fry it until both sides turns golden brown in color.
- Drain the excess oil
