Apples-2
Egg-1
Jaggery-3/4 Cup
Milk-1/4 Cup
Ghee
How To Make Apple Dosa
- Firstly, Cut Apple into small pieces
- Transfer apple pieces into a blender then add egg, jaggery and milk into it.
- Grind everything well into a fine puree.
- Secondly, Take 2 cup idli/dosa batter in a bowl.
- Then add the grounded puree in it and mix it well.
- Apple Dosa Batter is now ready.
- Heat a non stick dosa pan. Pour the batter on pan (Don’t spread it).
- Close it with a lid & Cook it for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, Open the lid
- Then spread the ghee on top.
- Turn it to other side and cook it for 2 minutes.
- Apple Dosa is now ready to serve.
