Egg Dosa Recipe / Mutta Dosa Recipe

Egg Dosa/Mutta Dosa is a healthy and tasty breakfast/snacks idea for your kids.It is very easy to prepare.It is a Dosa stuffed with egg and spiced up with pepper powder.We need only few ingredients for preparing this.It tastes good even without any side dish.Let us come to the recipe

Preparation Time:15 minute
Cooking Time:10 minute
Servings:4-5 dosas

Dosa batter-2 cups
Onion chopped -1medium sized
Pepper Powder-1tbs
Tomato-chopped into small pieces
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tbs

Method of Preparation

  • Beat 2 eggs in a bowl and add salt,chopped onions and pepper powder in it and mix well
  • Spread the dosa batter on a tava
  • Add a spoon of egg mixture on the top of the dosa and spread it over with a spoon
  • Put some pieces of chopped tomato on the top
  • Sprinkle some Pepper powder on top
  • Sprinkle oil at the edge and top of the dosa
  • Leave it till the down side is cooked and flip the dosa to the other side
  • Fry the dosa on both sides
  • Remove from the heat
  • Serve hot with any spicy chutney or sambar
