Today I am sharing here with you the recipe of an easy evening snack that you can make with bread and Maggi. Maggi, a brand of instant noodles, and bread go hand in hand and make the perfect treat when combined together. We usually make sandwiches with bread, but this time for a variety I thought to make bread rolls. You can make bread rolls by stuffing vegetables as well as non veg inside bread, but for a variety here I have made a stuffing with instant Maggi noodles. It taste delicious as well as very easy to make within few minutes with very less ingredients. If you have left over breads and instant Maggi noodles are there in your home, then you can make this easy evening snack. I am sure that this will become the favorite snack of all kids. Ingredients
Oil-2 tbs
Onion-1, finely chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Green chili- 1
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Tomato-1, chopped
Maggi noodles-1 pack
Maggi Tate Maker-1 pack
Salt -1/4 tsp
Bread Slices-8
Method Of Preparation
- Heat 2tbs oil in a pan.
- Add finely chopped onion in it.
- Sauté it until onion turns translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and green chili in it.
- Sauté it until it turns golden brown in color.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, redchilli powder and garam masala in it.
- Sauté it until raw smell of powders goes off.
- Add chopped tomato in it and mix well.
- Add 1 cup water in it.
- Add 1 instant maggi noodles pack, 1 maggi taste maker and salt in it.
- Mix it well.
- Close it with a lid & Cook it for 2 minutes.
- Once the maggi is cooked well & all the water has been evaporated switch off the flame.
- Maggi noodles stuffing is ready now. Keep it aside.
- Take a bread slice and trim the edges.
- Dip the bread slice into the water just for a second and squeeze off the excess water

Place the wet bread slice over your palm, press gently with another palm so that excess water is drained
- Place 1tbs of maggi noodles stuffing inside the bread.
- Fold it & Seal it.
- Heat 1tbs ghee in a pan.
- Fry both sides of bread rolls until it turns golden brown in color.
- Maggi Bread Rolls are now ready to Serve.
