Eggless Atta Brownie Recipe | Healthy Brownie Recipe | Brownie Recipe Without Oven with Video Recipe. Today’s recipe is for chocolate lovers, that is a brownie recipe. Brownie is a rectangular or square shaped chocolate baked treat. It’s appearance is similar to that of a cake, but it has a hard density with fudgy consistency. It can be served as a dessert. This recipe of brownie is a healthier one, as I am using atta/ wheat flour instead of all purpose flour/maida and jaggery powder instead of sugar. If you are a chocolate lover and looking for making something with chocolate then this will be a best option for you, This brownie is loaded with lots of chocolate flavor as we are adding melted dark chocolate and cocoa powder in this recipe. Once you tried this recipe, you can understand how easy is to make brownie at home. I am sure that brownie will be the favorite of most of your kids as most of the kids are chocolate lovers. Cooking Time: 30-40 minute
Servings:8 brownie

Dark chocolate-1/4 cup (chopped)
Butter-1/4 cup
Powdered Jaggery-1/4 cup
Curd/Yogurt-1/4 cup
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Wheat flour-1/2 cup
Cocoa Powder-1 tbs
Baking Powder-1/4 tsp
Baking Soda-1/8 tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Milk-1/2 cup

Method Of Preparation

  • Chop Dark chocolate into small pieces and transfer it into a bowl
  • Heat butter in a pan. Keep the flame in low and stir it continuously. Let the butter melt completely
  • Once the butter melted completely, switch off the flame
  • Pour the melted butter over the chopped chocolate
  • Stir it well and let the chocolate melt completely
  • Once chocolate melted completely, add the powdered jaggery into it
  • Mix it well and let the jaggery dissolve completely
  • Once jaggery dissolved completely, add curd/yogurt into it and mix well
  • Then add vanilla essence into it and mix well
  • Place a sieve over the bowl. Add wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt into it. Mix it well and sift it
  • Mix it gently
  • Add milk into it 
  • Mix it gently in cut & fold method
  • Brownie batter is ready now.
  • Grease a tray with oil
  • Place a butter paper over it
  • Grease oil over it
  • Transfer the brownie batter into the tray
  • Level it
  • Add chopped almonds over it
  • In a kadai place a stand. Close it with a lid and heat it in medium flame for 5 minute (Preheat oven for 5 minute)
  • Open the lid after 5 minute and place the tray over the stand
  • Close it with a lid & Cook it in low flame for 30-40 minute (Bake at 180 C or 356 F in a Preheated Oven for 30-40 minute)
  • After 40 minute, open the lid. Insert a fork in the middle of the brownie, if it came out clean, then brownie is ready, otherwise cook it until it’s done
  • Take out the tray
  • Take out the brownie from tray and cut it into squares
