Eggless Wheat Rose Apple Cake Recipe | Healthy Cake Recipe-No Sugar, No Maida, No Egg, No Beater, No Oven with Video Recipe. Today I am sharing here with you the recipe of a healthy cake, which is made with rose apple. Now it is the season of rose apple. Rose apple tree in our house is full of rose apple, so thought to try some different recipes with rose apple. I have already shared the recipe of Rose Apple Pickle, Rose Apple Juice, Rose Apple is good for Diabetic Patients, it helps to regulate diabetes. This is a super soft and moist cake. This cake is a healthy cake, as it is made without all purpose flour and sugar. I have used wheat flour instead of all purpose flour and jaggery instead of sugar. Here I have used mixer instead of whisk/beater for mixing all ingredients. If you are planning to try a variety cake recipe, then you can try this cake recipe if you have rose apple in your house. Ingredients

Rose Apple-10(Chopped)
Oil (Any Flavorless oil)-1/4 cup
Powdered Jaggery-1/2 cup
Milk-3/4 cup
Wheat Flour-2 cup
Cinnamon Powder-1/2 tsp
Baking Powder-1 tsp
Baking Soda-1/2 tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Milk-1/4 cup
Method Of Preparation
  • In a mixer add chopped rose apple, oil, powdered jaggery and milk
  • Grind it to a fine puree
  • Transfer the puree into a bowl
  • Place a sieve over it
  • Add wheat flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt into it
  • Mix it & Sift it
  • Mix it Gently
  • Add milk into it and mix it well
  • Cake Batter is now ready
  • Grease a cake tin with oil
  • Pout the cake batter into the cake tin
  • Tap it for removing air bubbles
  • Take a heavy bottomed pan
  • Add salt in it
  • Level it
  • Place a rack over the salt
  • Close it with a lid
  • Cook it in medium flame for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes, Open the lid
  • Place the cake tin over the rack
  • Close it with a lid
  • Cook it in low flame for 45 minutes
  • After 45 minutes, open the lid
  • Insert a tooth pick in the middle
  • If it came out clean then the cake will be ready, otherwise cook it for another few more minutes until done
  • Take out the cake tin from the pan
  • Transfer the cake into a plate
  • Allow it to cool down completely
  • Once it’s cooled down completely, cut it into pieces and serve it
