My husband is a big fan of Chicken recipes,so when I started this blog he started to search for different variety of chicken recipes for my blog and he came across this chicken vada recipe and requested me to prepare this recipe. One day I prepared this as an evening snack. It was yummy than any other vadas which I prepared before. This recipe is very easy to prepare. You can also try this recipe as an evening snack. I am sure that you will love the taste of this vada. Let us come to the recipe


Preparation Time:15 minutes
Cooking Time:5 minutes
Servings: 10 Chicken Vadas

Ingredients
Boneless Chicken-1/2 kg
Egg-1
Onion-1 cup
Ginger-1 tbs
Garlic-1 tbs
Green Chili-3
Garam masala-1 tbs
Grated Coconut-1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Oil


Method Of Preparation

  • Clean and cut boneless chicken into small pieces
  • Grind together chicken,egg,onion,ginger,garlic,green chili,curry leaves,garam masala and salt in a mixer
  • Then add grated coconut in the above mixture and mix well
  • Take small portion of the chicken mixture, make it into small balls and flatten them to get the shape of vadas(Don’t make big balls because chicken need to get cooked thoroughly)
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it in oil
  • Remove it from oil when it becomes golden brown in color
  • Yummy Chicken vada is ready to serve hot as an evening snack
