Sweet Corn Cob-1
Coriander Leaves-1/2 cup
Mint Leaves-1/2 cup
Green Chilli-1
Ginger-1/2 inch
Garlic Cloves-2
Salt-1/2 tsp or as needed
Oil-2 tbs
Onion-1 (finely chopped)
Garlic Cloves-4 (chopped)
Capsicum-1/2 cup (chopped)
Tomato-1/2 cup (chopped)
Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Cheese Slices-3
Bread Slices-6
How to Make Corn Cheese Sandwich
- Remove the sweet corn kernels from the sweet corn cob and keep it aside.
- Take a mixer, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, garlic cloves, salt as needed and little water. Grind it into a paste. Green chutney is now ready
- Take a pan. Heat oil in it. Add finely chopped onion, garlic cloves, capsicum, tomato, sweet corn kernels, salt to taste and pepper powder in it. Mix it well & cook it for 2-3 minutes. Sandwich filling is now ready.
- Take 2 bread slices. Spread green chutney on bread slices. Add corn filling. Place a cheese slice on top. Cover it with another bread slice. Apply Butter on top.
- Grease a sandwich toaster with oil. Place the bread slice on sandwich toaster.
- Toast the bread slices until it turns golden brown in color.
- Take out the toasted corn cheese sandwich.
- Corn cheese sandwich is now ready to serve.
