Ingredients

Sweet Corn Cob-1

Coriander Leaves-1/2 cup

Mint Leaves-1/2 cup

Green Chilli-1

Ginger-1/2 inch

Garlic Cloves-2

Salt-1/2 tsp or as needed

Oil-2 tbs

Onion-1 (finely chopped)

Garlic Cloves-4 (chopped)

Capsicum-1/2 cup (chopped)

Tomato-1/2 cup (chopped)

Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp

Cheese Slices-3

Bread Slices-6

How to Make Corn Cheese Sandwich
  • Remove the sweet corn kernels from the sweet corn cob and keep it aside.
  • Take a mixer, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, ginger, garlic cloves, salt as needed and little water. Grind it into a paste. Green chutney is now ready
  • Take a pan. Heat oil in it. Add finely chopped onion, garlic cloves, capsicum, tomato, sweet corn kernels, salt to taste and pepper powder in it. Mix it well & cook it for 2-3 minutes. Sandwich filling is now ready.
  • Take 2 bread slices. Spread green chutney on bread slices. Add corn filling. Place a cheese slice on top. Cover it with another bread slice. Apply Butter on top.
  • Grease a sandwich toaster with oil. Place the bread slice on sandwich toaster.
  • Toast the bread slices until it turns golden brown in color.
  • Take out the toasted corn cheese sandwich.
  • Corn cheese sandwich is now ready to serve.
