Mango Custard Pudding Without Gelatin and Agar Agar Recipe | Easy Mango Pudding Recipe

Now it is the season of mangoes, so you can see mangoes everywhere. Today’s recipe is a pudding recipe which is made with mango and custard. This pudding is very easy to prepare and it will tastes delicious. In this recipe of mango pudding I am not using agar agar and gelatin. For getting thick consistency I added custard powder into it. It came out well for me. This will be a good dessert recipe that you can prepare in this summer season. Just try this recipe and let me know how it turned out for you


Ingredients

Mangoes-2 (chopped)
Milk-1 1/2 cup
Custard powder-2 tbs
Sugar-4 tbs
Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp

Method Of Preparation

  • Take two mangoes and chopped it into small pieces. Then grind it into a fine puree. You should get 1 cup puree
  • Take 1/2 cup milk in a bowl and add 2tbs custard powder into it and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps
  • Add 1 cup milk in a pan and add 4tbs sugar into it, then add custard mixture into it. Before adding custard mixture into milk, once again mix it well and make sure there are no lumps
  • Then add the mango puree into it. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence into it. Mix everything well with a whisk
  • Cook this mix, keep the flame in low to medium
  • Stir it continuously, Cook it until the mix thickens
  • Switch off the flame and mix it well for few more minutes
  • Allow it to cool down completely
  • Once the mix is cooled down completely, pour it into a bowl
  • Refrigerate it for 4 to 5 hours
  • After 5 hours, pudding will be ready to serve
  • Decorate the top with raisins
  • Mango custard pudding is now ready to serve
