Today’s recipe is a simple and easy to prepare side dish for rice.I will prepare this curry whenever drumstick and mangoes are available. Here we add drumstick and mango in a coconut based gravy.Normally we can use tomatoes and tamarind for the sour taste of this curry but here i used raw mango for the sour taste. U can add prawns/dried prawns in this curry,if you want to make it as non-veg curry..Now let us see how to make this simple curry

Ingredients
- Drumsticks-6-8 medium pieces
- Raw mango-1 medium
- Onion-1 cut into small pieces
- Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Grinding
- Grated Coconut-1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
- Red chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
For Tampering
- Small Onions chopped-4-5
- Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- Oil
Method Of Preparation
- Clean and cut drumstick and raw mango in to medium pieces.
- Take a pan and add oil in to it then add onions in it and add salt .Saute till it becomes transparent then add all powders in it.saute till the raw smell goes.
- Add sliced mango pieces and drumsticks in to it
- Add water for cooking the pieces then add salt to taste
- cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes
- Add the grounded coconut paste in to it and cook till raw small goes
- Heat Oil in a pan and add mustard seeds when it splutter add small onion and curry leaves and fry for 2 minutes.Pour this over the curry and serve it with rice
