Dates-11/2 cup(Deseeded and chopped)
Almonds-1/2 cup
Cold milk-2 cup
Method Of Preparation
- First wash dates almonds well with water
- Deseed the dates and chop it into small pieces
- Take a mixer and add chopped almonds and dates into it
- Add 1 cup cold milk into it
- Grind it well
- Again add the remaining 1 cup cold milk into it and grind it well
- Healthy date almond milk is ready to serve
