Easy Tender Coconut Halwa Recipe | Elaneer Halwa Recipe | No Sugar, No Cornflour, No Custard Powder with Video Recipe. Halwa is one of the popular desserts in India. Today I am sharing here with you an easy halwa recipe which is made with tender coconut. It is very easy to make as well as tastes delicious. It is a healthy halwa recipe as we used jaggery instead of sugar in this recipe. Unlike other halwa recipes, this recipe doesn’t require cornflour and custard powder, here I have used rice flour for getting thickness for halwa. Ingredients

Tender coconut flesh- 1 Tender Coconut

Ghee-3 tbs

Jaggery Powder-1 cup

Rice Flour-1/4 cup

Cashew nuts Broken-10

Raisins-10

How To Make Tender Coconut Halwa
  • Take flesh of a tender coconut.
  • Then, cut flesh into small pieces.
  • Add the coconut flesh pieces into a mixer.
  • Grind it into a paste and keep it aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add the grounded tender coconut paste in it and sauté it until tender coconut paste becomes thick.
  • Add jaggery powder and rice flour in it.
  • Further, mix it well and let the jaggery dissolve completely.
  • Add ghee in it and mix it well.
  • Saute it until the mixture starts to come together and leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Halwa is now ready.
  • Heat ghee in a pan. 
  • Add cashewnuts and raisins in it.
  • Saute it until it turns golden brown in color.
  • Finally, add the fried cashewnuts and raisins in it and mix well.
  • Take an oil greased bowl.
  • Add halwa into the oil greased bowl.
  • Allow it to cool down completely.
  • Once it’s cooled down completely, remove it from the bowl.
  • Cut it & Serve it.
