Small Onions-10
Red chilli Powder-1 tbs
Oil-2 tbs
Ginger-1/2 inch (chopped)
Green Chilli-1
Curry leaves
Onion-1 (Finely chopped)
Egg-3
Salt to taste

How To Make Chutney Egg Pulao
- Firstly, In a blender add coconut, small onions, red chili powder and salt.
- Then grind everything to a fine chutney.
- Further, heat oil in a pan and add ginger, green chili and curry leaves. Saute it for few seconds.
- Next add onion and salt in it. Saute it until onion turns golden brown in color.
- Then add egg in it and saute it until eggs are cooked well.
- Finally, add chutney and cooked rice in it. Mix everything well and saute it for a minute.
- Chutney Egg Pulao is now ready to serve.
