Chutney Egg Pulao Ingredients

Coconut-1 Cup

Small Onions-10

Red chilli Powder-1 tbs

Oil-2 tbs

Ginger-1/2 inch (chopped)

Green Chilli-1

Curry leaves

Onion-1 (Finely chopped)

Egg-3

Salt to taste

Cooked rice-2 Cup

How To Make Chutney Egg Pulao

  • Firstly, In a blender add coconut, small onions, red chili powder and salt. 
  • Then grind everything to a fine chutney.
  • Further, heat oil in a pan and add ginger, green chili and curry leaves. Saute it for few seconds. 
  • Next add onion and salt in it. Saute it until onion turns golden brown in color. 
  • Then add egg in it and saute it until eggs are cooked well.
  • Finally, add chutney and cooked rice in it. Mix everything well and saute it for a minute.
  • Chutney Egg Pulao is now ready to serve.
