Dosa Batter-4 Cups
Drumstick leaves Powder-2 tbs
Redchilli Powder-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Onion-1, finely chopped
Tomato-1, finely chopped
Curry Leaves-Few, finely chopped
Ghee/Oil-2 tbs
How To Make Drumstick Leaves Uthappam
- Firstly, In a large bowl take idli/dosa batter.
- Then add drumstick leaves powder, redchilli powder, garam masala and salt into it and mix it well. Batter is now ready.
- Next Heat a nonstick pan and pour a ladleful of batter on pan. (Do not spread the batter).
- Further add finely chopped onion, tomato and curry leaves on top of it
- Then close it with a lid and cook for 1 minute on low flame.
- Flip it and press gently. Cook other side also for 1 minute.
- Finally, Drumstick Leaves Uthappam is ready to be served with chutney of your choice.
