Ripe Mangoes-2

Desiccated Coconut-1 Cup

Condensed Milk-1/2 Cup

Ghee-2 tsp

Cashewnuts-10 (Splitted)

How To Make Mango Ladoo

  • Firstly, Cut ripe mangoes into small pieces.
  • Then transfer it into a blender and blend it into a smooth puree.
  • Further roast desiccated coconut on low flame for a minute.
  • Add mango puree and condensed milk in it and mix it well.
  • Then cook it on medium flame until the mixture becomes dough consistency.
  • Remove from flame and let it cool down.
  • Heat 2tsp ghee in a pan. Add cashew nuts in it and fry it until cashew nuts turns golden brown in color.
  • Finally add fried cashew nuts to the ladoo mixture and mix well.
  • Then take a portion of mixture on your palms and shape it into ladoo.
  • Roll the ladoos in desiccated coconut.
