I find the best light healthy snacks to take the edge off your hunger are fruits and vegetables. These healthy snacks will not fill you up and ruin your dinner. Fruit healthy snacks especially cut the appetite without filling you up because of the fructose. Fruits and vegetables are terrific quick and easy healthy snacks because they need only a quick rinse before you eat them.
