Grilled Kabobs
Grilled kabobs are quick and easy to make. My family loves them! There are so many variations of grilled kabobs, let your imagination create fantastic grilled kabobs! I find it great in the summer to sit on the deck enjoying a nice cold beverage and using my barbeque to cook delicious grilled kabobs! Try these grilled kabob recipes!
Hickory Beef Tenderloin Grilled Kabob

Beef tenderloin Red Peppers Onion
Mushrooms Hickory BBQ sauce Skewers
Cut the beef, onion and red pepper into good size chunks. Then, rotating the various ingredients (beef, mushroom, red pepper and onion) you slide onto the skewers. Next, use a brush and coat the kabob with the hickory BBQ sauce. Put the BBQ on medium heat and place the kabobs on the grill. Continue to brush sauce on the kabobs while they grill. Grill beef to your personal preference. This grilled kabob is incredible as beef tenderloin is an incredible cut.
Fruit Grilled Kabobs
Ingredients
6 ripe peaches 6 ripe plums 8 ripe apricots
½ ripe pineapple cut into chunks skewers
Slide variations of the fruit chunks onto the skewers. Preheat grill and then lightly spread vegetable oil on grill just before placing on the kabobs. Turn once and continue to cook the grilled kabobs until slightly brown. Serve and enjoy!
Jalapeno Shrimp Grilled Kabobs
Ingredients
1 ½ lb large shrimp 1 Jalapeno pepper 2 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese
12 slices of bacon ½ cup Italian dressing 6 skewers
De-vein the shrimp, the butterfly it by removing the shell except for the last of the tail and cut the underside of the shrimp almost all the way through. Next, marinade the shrimp in the dressing marinade for 15 minutes. Save the marinade for basting the grilled kabob later. While it is marinating, cut the cheese and the jalapeno pepper into thin pieces. Then stuff the shrimp with a thin piece of cheese and pepper. Close up the shrimp and wrap it with a half piece of bacon. Then with the skewer pierce through the bacon and shrimp. Thread as many on the skewer as you can. Place the shrimp on the grill on medium heat, turning only once. Baste it with the marinade. Be careful not to over cook the shrimp. Your family will love this grill kabob recipe!
