- 2 cans chicken broth - 4 chicken breasts cut up
- 1 can diced peeled tomatoes - 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 pkg frozen corn, partially thawed - 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 chopped green pepper - 1 onion, chopped - 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper - 1 tsp. ground cumin - Seasoned salt Combine together the broth, tomatoes with their liquid, green chilies, corn, green & red bell peppers, onion, chicken strips, and garlic pepper in a slow cooker. Cover and cook chicken soup on high setting approximately 1 hour. Reduce heat to low setting and continue to cook 3 to 4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
